Hi, I’m Erica Settino,

an AuDHD author and artist, vegan activist for collective liberation, and facilitator of Untamed Yoga, Unmasked Tarot, and Mindful Arts. As well as the Founder of the nonprofit organization, Karuna For Animals: Compassion In Action, Inc.

All of which is born and nurtured through my unique way of seeing and creating. Which is deeply relationally-attuned to patterns, interrelationship, and the living threads that bind us to one another, all living beings, and the greater, natural world at large.

My newly released poetry chapbook, The Life Forest, which explores my late-diagnoses of autism and ADHD, while drawing deeply on nature and animals as sources of inspiration, connection, and kinship, is available now. As well as my oracle deck/book, Wild Union: A Major Arcana Yoga & Nature Based Oracle. More on both of those here.

My forthcoming books include, My Mommy Is A Witch, coming spring of 2026, and Autistic Arcana: A Neurodivergent Approach to Tarot Magick, coming 2027.

Across mediums and modalities, I explore what it means to remember ourselves as part of a living, ensouled world. My work is shaped by vegan ethics and a commitment to collective liberation, as well as spiritual practices including yoga, animism, tarot, and eclectic witchcraft. Also a longtime yoga and meditation teacher, mindful arts facilitator, and tarot reader and mentor, I offer classes, workshops, and events both locally and virtually.

Rather than separating spirituality from justice or art from politics, I understand these as inseparable. I believe liberation is a spiritual practice, and that care—for animals, lands, ecosystems, communities, and ourselves—is a radical act in a culture and society built on extraction, oppression, exploitation, and separation.

At the heart of everything I create/teach is an invitation to slow down, to observe, and to remember that we are not alone, but wonderfully, magickally interwoven and interconnected. I create stories, spells, classes, courses, and art that help us remember that we belong to each other and to the living world that holds us all.

I am so glad you found me. Thanks for being here. May it be of benefit, and may it both empower and enchant.
