the life forest: A Poetry Chapbook

The Life Forest is an exploration of the author’s late-diagnoses of autism and ADHD, while drawing deeply on nature and animals as sources of inspiration, connection, and kinship. Here inner and outer landscapes are weaved together, integrating personal and familial experience, and self-understanding with interrelationship.

Through these poems, Erica Settino investigates themes such as ancestry and inheritance, facing the unknown, interconnection as the foundation of all of life, and believing in the power of hope as the place from which we can begin again, and again, and again.

Wild Union: A Major Arcana Yoga & Nature-Based Oracle

Wild Union is a yoga and nature-based journey through the Rider-Waite-Smith Major Arcana. Integrating traditional tarot insight, yoga asana (postural practice) and philosophy, and animal and nature symbolism, each card explores the interconnection and union (to which the word yoga is most often translated from ancient Sanskrit) of all living beings. As well as each person's own individual experience as an integral part of nature.

This deck is a deeply personal offering, painstakingly hand painted and written by me, and created at the intersection of yoga, tarot, and animal/nature-based wisdom and spirituality. Wild Union reimagines the major arcana through embodied practice and (inter)connection to the more-than-human world. Each card invites you into reflection—not just through symbolism, but through movement, awareness, and (inter)relationship.

This is not a deck you simply read—it’s one you experience: body, mind, and spirit.

No experience in yoga or tarot are necessary. Beginners and more experienced practitioners alike will benefit.

You can work with Wild Union in many ways:

  • As an oracle for guidance, insight, validation, intuitive development, and empowerment

  • As a companion to your unique yoga or movement practice

  • As a tool for meditation, journaling, and self-inquiry

  • As a way to deepen your connection to nature and cycles of transformation

Whether you’re new to tarot/oracle work or have an established practice, this deck is designed to meet you where you are and support your unfolding with compassion and curiosity.

In an attempt to make the deck accessible and aligned with different preferences, Wild Union is available in three different sizes—so you can choose what feels best for your hands, your practice, your space, and your wallet. Each deck regardless of what size you choose, contains 22 cards and an 80 page guidebook.
