It's finally here: Coming of Age is now
available to purchase!
This is a collective anthology featuring multiple contributors sharing their experiences of later-in-life diagnosis, self-identification, and discovering of their various forms of neurodivergence.
These are essays/poems/artworks about looking back at a lifetime through a new lens. About the questions that come with finally having understanding for experiences you may have struggled to comprehend. About identity, grief, relief, recognition, acceptance—and realizing that you were never “too much,” “not trying hard enough,” or simply failing to fit the mold.
There is no single way to discover or understand your neurodivergence, and there is no single experience or expression that represents all of us. That’s what makes this collection so special: many voices, many experiences, and many different paths toward understanding and validating ourselves.
Whether you’re neurodivergent, questioning, newly diagnosed, self-identified, supporting someone you love, or simply want to better understand the experiences of others, I hope you’ll pick up a copy.
the life forest: A Poetry Chapbook
The Life Forest is an exploration of the author’s late-diagnoses of autism and ADHD, while drawing deeply on nature and animals as sources of inspiration, connection, and kinship. Here inner and outer landscapes are weaved together, integrating personal and familial experience, and self-understanding with interrelationship.
Through these poems, Erica Settino investigates themes such as ancestry and inheritance, facing the unknown, interconnection as the foundation of all of life, and believing in the power of hope as the place from which we can begin again, and again, and again.

Wild Union: A Major Arcana Yoga & Nature-Based Oracle, Now in one book:
The Wild Union oracle deck and guidebook have come together in a new, beautifully integrated format featuring the complete guidebook alongside images of every card in the deck.
Created to be both a companion and a practice, this new edition brings the words and imagery of Wild Union together in one place. You can move through the cards, explore their meanings, sit with their imagery, and return to the book whenever you’re seeking reflection, guidance, or a deeper connection with your own inner wild.
One book. The complete Wild Union experience.
Inside, you’ll find the full collection of Wild Union cards reproduced in the book, along with their accompanying guidance and reflections—making the deck accessible even when you don’t have the physical cards in hand.
Whether you’re new to Wild Union or have been working with these teachings since the first deck was created, this book offers a way to enter the work at your own pace, return to familiar cards, and discover new ones along the way.
Wild Union is an invitation to remember what is already alive within you.
*Wild Union is a yoga and nature-based journey through the Rider-Waite-Smith Major Arcana. Integrating traditional tarot insight, yoga asana (postural practice) and philosophy, and animal and nature symbolism, each card explores the interconnection and union (to which the word yoga is most often translated from ancient Sanskrit) of all living beings. As well as each person's own individual experience as an integral part of nature.
This book is a deeply personal offering, painstakingly hand painted and written by me, and created at the intersection of yoga, tarot, and animal/nature-based wisdom and spirituality. Wild Union reimagines the major arcana through embodied practice and (inter)connection to the more-than-human world. Each card invites you into reflection—not just through symbolism, but through movement, awareness, and (inter)relationship.
This is not a book/deck you simply read—it’s one you experience: body, mind, and spirit.
No experience in yoga or tarot are necessary. Beginners and more experienced practitioners alike will benefit.
You can work with Wild Union in many ways:
As an oracle for guidance, insight, validation, intuitive development, and empowerment
As a companion to your unique yoga or movement practice
As a tool for meditation, journaling, and self-inquiry
As a way to deepen your connection to nature and cycles of transformation
Whether you’re new to tarot/oracle work or have an established practice, this book is designed to meet you where you are and support your unfolding with compassion and curiosity.
